Founder and CEO
Massa Collins founded Shepherd in San Francisco in 2025. He had seen too many property owners pay for security they couldn't see: patrols nobody could prove happened, reports that arrived days late, and officers who changed every week.
Shepherd was built to fix that. Every patrol is GPS-verified, every incident is documented with photos, and every client has a supervisor who answers the phone. We're big enough to staff serious contracts across California, and small enough that you can still reach the people in charge.
