1. Not for emergencies
The Website and its forms are not monitored continuously and must never be used to report an emergency. If there is an emergency, call 911. For urgent matters at a site we protect, call our 24/7 dispatch at (424) 484-3890.

Security services are provided only under a written agreement signed by Shepherd and the client, and that agreement controls the scope, pricing and terms of service. Submitting a quote request does not create a client relationship.
