Client service policy
Plain answers to how our agreements work: how long they last, how to change or end them, and how fast we can staff your site.
Choose the agreement that suits you
Every agreement includes the same licensed officers, supervision and daily reporting. The only difference is how long it runs.
Month-to-month
No long-term commitment. Your service continues each month until you decide to stop.
End anytime with 30 days' written notice.Annual
A fixed 12-month agreement for clients who want the same coverage all year, with rates set for the full term.
Ends at the end of the 12 months unless you choose to renew.Year-to-year
A 12-month agreement that renews automatically each year, so your coverage never lapses.
We remind you before each renewal. Opt out with 30 days' written notice before the renewal date.Getting started
- Your site assessment is free, and there is no obligation to sign.
- You receive a written proposal with itemized pricing: hourly rates by officer type, plus any holiday or overtime rates, shown up front.
- Nothing is billed until you sign an agreement.
Staffing on short notice
The more notice you can give us, the more officers we can send.
| Notice you give us | Officers we can send |
|---|---|
| 24 hours | Up to 40 |
| 8 hours | Up to 20 |
| 4 hours | Up to 10 |
Actual numbers depend on your location and distance from our teams. We confirm exactly what we can provide, in writing, when you call.
For an emergency in progress, call 911 first. For urgent coverage, call our 24/7 dispatch at (424) 484-3890.
Changing your coverage
- Need more officers or extra hours? Tell us as early as you can. The short-notice table above shows what we can usually provide.
- Want to reduce hours or pause a post? Let us know in writing and we will confirm the change and the date it takes effect.
- If you cancel a scheduled shift at short notice, any minimum charge is shown in your agreement before you sign. There are no hidden fees.
Billing
- Invoices list hours by officer and post, so you can match them against your daily reports.
- Invoices are sent on the schedule set in your agreement.
- Have a question about an invoice? Contact us and we will review it with you.
Our commitment to you
- Every officer is licensed by the State of California and trained on your site before their first shift.
- Every patrol is GPS-tracked, and you receive a written report after every shift.
- You have one point of contact who knows your account.
- If an officer isn't the right fit for your site, tell us and we will assign a replacement.
- We carry $1M+ general liability, workers' compensation and commercial auto insurance, and will name you as additional insured on request.
Ending an agreement
- Month-to-month: give 30 days' written notice at any time.
- Annual: the agreement ends at the end of its 12-month term. Ending early is covered by the terms in your signed agreement.
- Year-to-year: give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date and it will not renew.
- Either side may end any agreement if the other seriously fails to meet its obligations and does not fix the problem after written notice, as described in the agreement.
